Homeopathic combination of Colocynthis and Nux Vom.

Colocythis is traditionally used for intestinal spasm relaxes and calms the gut.
Nux vom is traditionally used for colic.

If horse is in a state of panic due to pain also try giving Aconite 200c every 15 minutes up to 4 doses or until improvement is seen.
