Alfred Vogel firmly believed that nature offered the best source of Vitamin C. This combination of extracts from a wide variety of fruits, all naturally high in Vitamin C fulfils his deeply held belief.

Vitamin C is an essential vitamin required for the growth and maintenance of healthy bones, gums, ligaments and blood vessels. It is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect the damaging effects of free radicals. It also assists the absorption of iron and the functioning of the immune system.
Humans cannot make or store vitamin C and are dependent on dietary sources. It is, however, unstable and easily lost through cooking and food processing; therefore many people choose to supplement their diet with vitamin C.

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains the powdered dried juice of Acerola 480mg, Passion Fruit 60mg, Sea Buckthorn 10mg, Prickly Gooseberry 1mg, Blackcurrant 1mg, Lemon 0.5mg. Also contains fructose, maize starch and magnesium stearate (vegetable source) to 1030mg.

Directions for use:
Adults: 1 tablet twice daily.
Children (6-12 years): 1 tablet daily.

1 tablet provides 100mg vitamin C.
2 tablets provides 333% of adult EC RDA*

This product is not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
