Best taken before bed. Available in 50mg and 100mg size capsules. Not advisable if pregnant or taking fenfluramine.

One capsule provides: 50mg 5HTP, 5mg vitamin B6, 2.5mg Zinc, 25µg Biotin, 50µg Folic acid, 15mg Niacin.

Directions: 1-2 capsules a day.
