Redfish is widely eaten in France and mainland Europe as a delicacy. The delicate flavour and texture of our redfish rolls is very attractive to dogs . These are softer than our Sea Jerky Cod Skins, and easy to eat for elderly dogs with sore gums who can't chew very well. They are very high in Omega 3, low in fat, and of course Gluten Free as are all our products.
