100g of Fresh Plant Tincture (extracted in alcohol 57% by volume) typically contains the tinctures of:

Polygonum avic.      16g
Potentilla anserina   11g
Iva moschata          11g
Urtica dioica            11g
Betula alba              11g
Equisetum arv.        11g
Mentha pip                6g

Directions for use:
15 to 20 drops in a little water twice daily before meals.
