Molkoan is made from fresh whey by a special lactofermentation (using Lactoballius bacteria), concentration and pasteurisation process. Molkosan is renowned for its many traditional uses.

Supports the gut flora, fat free, sugar free, gluten free, suitable for vegetarians.

Alfred Vogel was greatly impressed by this sharp, refreshing drink and wrote about it repeatedly throughout his life. Scarcely has another natural product been praised so often, and as far back as the time of Hippocrates, 400 BC. Whey experienced a real renaissance in the 17th Century and its reputation grew in the 18th Century when it was popular with visitors to the health resort in Gais, Switzerland, which was even frequented by European royalty.

Ingredients: Concentrated, lactofermented whey (from Swiss milk & without protein), L+ lactic acid, potassium citrate, natural flavour (menthol). Pasteurised.

Serving Suggestions:

Molkosan Drink: Add 1 teaspoonful (or 1 tablespoonful, if desired) to a glass of spring or mineral water for a refreshing drink.

Molkosan Fruit Drink: Mash fresh fruit in a blender, add 1 tablespoon of Molkosan and fill with spring water. The flavour of the fruit will be automatically enhanced.

Molkosan Fruit Tea: Prepare a fruit tea of your choice with honey and Molkosan to your taste. Drink warm or iced.

Makes a very refreshing drink that is especially pleasant after exercising.
